In this new program we hope to offer an opportunity for youth, regardless of their physical, intellectual, social or sensory abilities a chance to boost their balance, coordination, body awareness, communication and in turn their self-esteem.  One of main principle of Judo being that all those involved have mutual respect of oneself and others.
