Summer  – Club practice. basic game plan is three x30min blocks where we work on mobility, fitness, and do some randori. These sessions are not about learning new techniques but about preparing your body for next season, improving what you can do with your body, and getting lots of randori time in. There will be minimal instruction and lots of effort and sweat! Is there a better way to spend your Mondays this summer? Including today, there are 6 Mondays left in July and August, let’s make them memorable!
